Tonight's match will see the U23 trying to break their endless losing streak against Sembawang revitalised by recent results and team spirit. These past 2 weeks of media reports over Sembawang sitting out for the next season's S-League has over shadow and affected both the players and the fans. My personal view is, even if indeed the club has to sit out from S-league for next season, lets try to end the season on the high and show what the rest of those jokers authorities will be missing...and the rest of the doubtors who feel Sembawang should sit out...!

Yesterday was one of the worst result for Sembawang. And now those who want Sembawang Rangers to be out of Sleague will be laughing their way and reaffirm their decision to want Sembawang to sit out of Sleague. No sponsor, no good results in S-league. Good reasons for those authorities.
Sembawang started very well with Supakit opened the scoring in the 12th min. He cut inside on the left and managed to trick the defender and shoot into goal with his weaker left foot. So far so good. But in the space of 5 minutes, Sembawang was 2 goals down. Two mistakes by Ronald losing possessions in the midfield allowed the U23 to score 2 quick goals. And after that, Ronald was substituted immediately, assuming for that mistakes. And after conceding 2 goals, Sembawang lost their composure in defence. A few times U23 attack with pace and Sembawang just couldn't cope with it.
Although the players worked hard to equalise, both in the 1st half and 2nd half, the defence let the team down again to allow U23 to score 2 more goals. To say U23 played well is lying. Instead, it is Sembawang who played badly that allowed U23 to get this elusive win after endless defeats and non-performance.
