Not another day goes without having the media reporting about the future of Sembawang Rangers Football Club. And yesterday Today reported about it and how it affected the players' performance on the pitch. I hope the players realised that by thinking about it, and by bringing all these concerns together with them when they step onto the pitch doesn't solve anything. Because in life, we can't even rehersal what we want to do tomorrow, let alone predict what will happen in future. And since they can't do anything much for the time being, let alone worried about it when they step onto the pitch. In fact right now in Singapore, majority of the Singaporeans are worried about alot of things, no thanks to the CPF cuts, the uncertain economic future etc etc.
The died hard Sembawang fans put up a banner " at least win for the coach"...I would settle for "at least give your 100%"...

Sembawang is the last and only club I'll ever support. If Sembawang is forced to pull out, my heart will still be with Sembawang, and my heart will wait for Sembawang to come back one day.
Sembawang Rangers Football Club has my deepest support forever, whatever may come.....no other club in the league can replace Sembawang.
Although I support u23, it is not a club, at least to me. It is the junior national team, and as a citizen of Singapore, it is only right that I support it. My support for u23 is just like my support for the Lions.
And, just like I'm 100% faithful to Sembawang, I'm 100% faithful to the players I support to.
I'll always support Yazid Yasin and Razif Mahamud. Whether Sembawang is in the league or not, or whether they both play for Sembawang or not, I will always, and only support Yazid and Razif.
I'll support both Razif Mahamud and Yazid Yasin, whatever happens.....
...if the worse scenario happens, my plan for next year will be to support Razif and Yazid and wait for Sembawang....

thanks for your concern...anyway if Sembawang has to sit out of s-league, then so be it. But Sembawang Rangers will always be the only S-league club I support.

If anyone had attended the reception after the match will know that the chairman made a speech and clarify a few things regarding the future of Sembawang. There were tears in his eyes when I saw him before he gave the speech. By now those who attended the reception should know what was being said. Since the chairman is willing to sacrifice his position for the future of Sembawang, lets hope someone is willing to come in and the "VIP" that was there that day can help Sembawang in search of a sponsor, after witnessing the passion of the fans.
As for the recent Today report on Woodlands willing to merge with Sembawang, although the chairman himself is open for any option, my view is that this merger option with Woodlands will not happen unless there is "unforseen" cirumstances.
